Just bought this stamping platform today. And decided to go on Youtube to confirm what I expected how the device would work. YES this video hit the nail on the head or more precise the stamp on the MARK. I believe I choose wisely. I was about to order the Tim Holtz version but OUCH price wise. And it's a hinge and it's also worse yet DISCONTINUED. One of our crafers # 1 annoyance if not fear is the discontinued HIT on support of our favorite tools. So this video is very clear and great job showing that yes you can plant your various stamps precisely not once but repeatedly. Great JOB. I also ordered a set of two more plates oh no wait I was going to but turns out I could buy a second back up plate for about the same price as two spare plates and so I opted that route. This way if a friend visits or I want to demo to someone how it's done they can practice at the same time I have mine or show to different options of use and paper size. I do more work in full standard half sheet size or in other words need to slip in 8.5"x11" flat cardstock and papers. This one allows that with preplanning of most designs. True haven't used it iet. Also off to order the mini as many have mentioned they like it as well if not better. Stay safe everyone and keep on stamping oh and other things too like spreading laughter and fun and joy and all good things.

After 20 + years my stamping tool broke. I just ordered the advanced and am awaiting the arrival tomorrow. What is the best way to clean this tool? How do you clean the mat? Thank you.

I have 2 of these plus all the other ones (tim, Misti stamaratus...) my favorite is the memory keepers which I use almost daaily!!!! great product... I bought the second one because it had alot of add ons and I figured Id also get a new clean mat plus the 2 extra tops so awesome all!!! thank you!!!

I had the Misti- sold it, had the full size Tonic, sold it; have the travel and experienced the issues you mentioned. Recently I purchased the whole WRMK Precision Press system, including the typeset, mini version, pattern block and an extra plate. I love that the plates are turnable. I only wish there was a way to create a plate to rotate 45 degrees in a circle so that I can do mandalas with stamps without having to move the stamp. Also, I love that the mini has more clearance than the rubber feet on the full-size precision press. When I use cling rubber, as soon as I set it down in the PP, it touches the paper; whereas in the mini, it hovers just slightly giving no impression until I press it down. I prefer that. Also, for some reason the acrylic plates on the full size version have hairline cracks by the holes. It hasn't been an issue so far, but I'm just concerned over time. Just a few thoughts for improvement. Love your innovation and inventions. Keep em coming!

Do you remove the foam pad when stamping with clear stamps or rubber stamps ?

My only "complaint" if you will is that the platform is not magnetic. I have done a work a round and made it magnetic myself, but WRMK should update these presses with a magnetic platform to hold the paper in place. That would make this perfect!

Very disappointed in this product I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone only part of the stamp stamps No matter how much ink I put on it or how much pressure I put on it or where I put it on the platform to stamp

There is nothing precise about this. Holes are bigger than pegs so it moves and images are hazy if stamped several times. I have wasted my money.
