I’ve had viewers ask for my PayPal and Venmo details so they could “tip” me for all the videos. Thank you so much to those who have asked. If you’d like to leave a “tip” it would mean the world to me and my family…

Hey Ryan, could you please make a video(if not yet) of detailed comparison between pinpoint & platform serve stances, it's benefits, shortcomings, recommendations, etc ?

Do you prefer pinpoint or platform for students?

One thing about the pinpoint stance as demonstrated by Isner, there is so little weight on the back leg. You can see this because his back foot is more elevated as he jumps. And that means that there would be more weight and stress on the front knee over time which is why I gave up on the pinpoint. It gave me more knee problems on the front leg. It is possible to be more balanced on the pinpoint but that requires a very high toss to gather yourself. This defeats the purpose of moving the back leg forward for forward momentum in the first place. You might as well have a narrow pinpoint stance or if you are taller, you might consider not jumping at all. Both Isner and Kyrgios don't jump much. If you are a young player, you probably don't have a problem with the pinpoint but as you get older, you might.
