Awesome to see Dr. Brook at the Federalist Society, and I agree. The crucial issue in defending capitalism today is to defend it morally, to defend the sanctity of the individual to pursue his or her life and flourishing as long as one doesn't infringe on the rights of others. Need does not create a moral right to violate someone else's rights.
