I once attended a hotel pre-party to a ball in New York sometime between 1990 & 1993. I accidentally walked into another crowded room where a party was going on, and there was Jackie Kennedy speaking to someone in French! She looked so lovely in person!

Jackie Kennedy´s husbands were both unfaithful. She did not marry them out of love, because they both did not love her at all. She was a suitable first lady for Kennedy and she brought this status within her marriage with Onassis. It was smart of her to marry Onassis after the murder on her first husband. I think that she felt some companionship for both of them and that she wanted the status that her first husband could offer her and the protection that the second husband could offer.

I read an interesting interview with Aristotle’s secretary. She said he loved being married to Jackie! (Maybe because of the status it gave him.) And, she said he had NO problem with her spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on clothes! She said saying he didn’t was a lie! Money was no object for him and the better she looked, the better he looked! He was no dummy. But then his son died…
