I found some other easy applications for this.

Eshki Dragonclaw on turn 4 (or prefably earlier if you ramp), then Bibliophile the following turn and a simple fight spell - like Bushwhack.

you've met eshki's requirements, making her bigger, you draw a card, you have a simple removal, you have targeted 2 creatures and drew 2 cards from bibliophile.

removal + big creature + 3 cards drawn for 5 mana is pretty ok in my book

The color changers from legends are 1 and can target your opponents stuff too. Touch of Darkness is a staple for Horobi decks.

Sea Kings' Blessing and the other 4 cards of that cycle are probably the best for this guy

Throw in zada, an unblockable single target effect like slip through space, and a haste target effect you got a kill going.

There are 2 cards from legends that target any number of permanents for just 1 mana. It changes their color to either blue of green.

There was a keyword that allowed you to increase the number of targets for some sorceries and instants. Add tgat and some creature with the heroic key wird, and you can make a do nothing deck that turns random stuff into value.

There is a whole cycle of cards that for 1 mana change any number of creatures to a specific color

Itd be harder to do, but the fact its on cast rather than when a spell resolves with multiple targets is crazy.

You’re forgetting that old one mana color spell cycle that literally targets any number of creatures and makes them a color until end of turn. Idr all of them, but black is touch of darkness (for horobi enjoyers)

I can draw my entire deck for one mana with this. Just this one card and any one of five specific others. If you want to know then ask. I could do this as early as turn two and win because of it.
