Kaley Cuoco Flats Heelpop/Shoeplay

Hello everyone while I was watching BBT on TBS the other day, I came across this really short but great scene of Kaley. At first I couldn't tell from my TV if what I saw was right so I went on the web to see this episode and found a small and brief flats heelpop from her, I see her wear flats and sandals a lot but rarely see any sort of shoeplay unless I missed it.
