What a fantastic video, Katie! I appreciate the amount of work you've done in compiling this extensive list. Thank you so much. The best bookish gift I've received was a 1903 copy of "The Vicar of Wakefield" left to me by my late mother. The inscription on the flyleaf indicates it was a Christmas present to her granny in 1903. It was published by Methuen and Co. in London as one in a series from "The Illustrated Pocket Library of Plain and Coloured Books". The book is quite little and beautifully illustrated and I shall treasure it forever.

This is a video I will refer back to time and again!! Mainly for myself haha as I don't have many bookish people in my life, but how fantastic to have so many literary gift ideas for when people ask me what I want for Christmas etc. Best gift guide yet!!

Oh my goodness Katie, I'm going to go broke. 😂 Thank you so much for sharing these stores with all the wonderful book products. I didn't know they existed. I'm so glad I do now.

I've received some wonderful bookish gifts for the holidays. My husband tracked down and spent ... well, I don't want to know how much he spent.... to find what seemed like the last copy on the planet of a special first edition of The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern. He also bought me the complete books of Earthsea compilation by Ursula Le Guin illustrated by Charles Vess. And the boxed four book set of Pooh books by A. A. Milne because I had lost my childhood copies. My son and his wife bought me a gorgeous heavy cotton blanket to cuddle up in that was knitted lines of quotes from classic books. And for awhile family were gifting me the large illustrated Harry Potter editions, but they stopped doing that so now I must complete the series myself. LOL. Still, I feel pretty spoiled.

I've already finished shopping but will have to come back to this later in the year. Not necessarily a gift but both my grandma and great aunt allowed me to go through their books and pick out any that I wanted when they wanted to start downsizing. I found a beautiful illustrated Black Beauty and a first edition of Rainbow Valley by L. M Montgomery.

We have two of the Oliver Twist bowls we bought when we were in London. Sadly, one has a chip, and I will have to get a replacement as they are our morning porridge or muesli bowls.

So adorable with all the outfit changes. I never considered bookish clothes - it gives me a happy feeling thinking about them.

Can you please make a video on the correct order of reading Charles Dickens and Jane Austen respectively(for teenagers)?
