Leek, Bacon and Gruyere Cheese Quiche.

To make this quiche I used:
1 pie shell-pre cooked 10 mins
2-3 leeks- the white and light green part only
4 eggs
1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 pound bacon or less
1 tsp ground thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Assemble the cooked bacon and leeks into the pie shell and pour in the egg/cream mixture. Bake at 375F for 30 mins or until done. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting into it.
