OKA TRUCK BUILD SERIES EP2 - Custom Bed Fabrication, Actuator Install & Internal Design

In this episode we make some real exciting progress.. we visit a number of suppliers, fit our actuators (something we've never done before). Witness some really cool 360 design technology to support our internal design and show the process of our custom bed fabrication. There's so much happening and a lot of pressure to get it done. 3D modeller here, what he was doing with that 3D scanner, was creating millions of points, each with its own X, Y, Z coordinate in space, called a point cloud. With a point cloud we can create a 3D model and also render it to make it look photorealistic, then from that back engineer or in this case, design a complete new concept as in this case, to maximise the use of space in the compartment.
