Fun Fact! My grandparents lived in Central, SC (right next to Clemson) and years ago, he owned his own hot dog restaurant called Kelly's Hot Dog House! It's long since gone and he's in heaven now, but it's so sweet to me when I see other hot dog locations!🥰

I made the Mexican Street Corn Chowder for dinner tonight, and it was delish! I didn't have any heavy cream, so I softened an 8 oz. package of cream cheese (sorry, Steven!) and added that instead. It took a whole lot of stirring, but it finally came together and was thick and creamy. good, and it really satified my craving for Mexican food. Thanks, Mandy!

Tips to cool down your kitchen after using the stove top. Put really cold water in the pots used and put them on the hot elements. This draws out the heat.
