Aerial Unit R21/X Mount Guide - Mechagon Hardmode Solo

This guide will run through how to solo Mechagon Hardmode on Mythic for the Aerial Unit R21/X Mount.

I can confirm the junkyard last boss is not solable the normal way. U gotta start the boss then run to start of instance to avoid the annihilation blast radius then run back and hack the Tesla coil as per normal then u can kill. But no this is NOT soloable the normal way even if u cheese by lock gate or cheetah and turtle as hunter. U don't have enough time to hack it on hard mode with 1 person only

Worked as it should. Took my DK in there and was able to get it done in 1. Got lucky and got the mount first try. Usually it takes me about 15 runs to get something that I want that's on a 20% drop rate, lol.

Thanks for this guide! As a lvl 80 this was super easy, nothing to it. The last boss dies so fast, pushing the button is no problem.

The boss goes resets way to fast to do this and I’m running one of the most quick my evoker boss resets in like 5 seconds

After I got one-shooted three times I decided to run to beginning of the instance after I killed MK-2 and run back to boss.
Got my mount on my first try at lvl 80 (592).

GOT IT! oh my it was harder than i thought but thank you so much! im disabled so some of the parts were hard lol so many resets.. but one trick i found when i kept messing up was as a night elf on the junk yard aerial boss if u try for rng or if something happens and you will die from the annihilation you can just shadowmeld and reset the boss, you can even just do that vs running back if u can do the maze first try which i cant lol too hard with my palsy but i tried... got so close lmao

after i ran back to Ratchet the boss did follow me around, but soon after u hacked the pylon, the boss fell through the platform model, cannot cast spell or whatsoever as the boss is not in my line of sight, took a few try, the rest went smooth like butter, thanks for this guide video, super useful.

Just did. Died once playing with where to go for the one shot beam run away part.... also accidentally exited the dungeon, went back in. Did all as per the guide, but at level 80 obv just smash the last boss no faffing around. The last boss... you may not be able to loot because he dies mid air right? No worries, leave the dungeon, boss loot gets mailed to go. Got the R21X first time despite dying and leaving the dungeon and reentering and not looting at the end. EZ
