If anyone is interested on the name of the Arknights song, it's called Martyr - Guiding Ahead Boss Battle Theme. The event is set in Laterano, a fictional nation that takes heavy inspiration from The Vatican City. The nation is predominantly Sankta, a race of Angel-like humans with etereal wings and an honest to goodness halo, and Liberi, a race of humans with traits such as plumes, wings, feathers and an assortments of other bird-like features. The main religion there is literally called 'THE LAW' and every Sankta seems to love guns as much as they do their mothers... storge, not romantic.
