Panelist: Rose Dolabella - A diversity, inclusion and recruitment strategy consultant, she has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field at a leading energy company in North America. A diversity and inclusion professional for over six years, Rose has led a number of initiatives aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion at her company, both in Canada and the United States. She currently manages the University Recruitment program aimed at the minority, including women, indigenous people, black people, people with disabilities, and immigrants.
