How to use 'Automatic Dimensions' | Revit

In this video, we look at "automatic dimensions". These dimensions are not truly automatic like tag all by category but you can use an entire wall to create a full dimension string. We look at the settings for this as well.

Another hint you can use the dimension that picks up all the wall faces and then edit witness to delete and clean a string up. Use a subtractive method vs additive when a wall is long and complex.

Man, I'm subscribed, and I have the bell turned on, and I'm demolishing that like button, but 75% of your videos could be 75% shorter. You especially love to go on a "this is the wrong way to do it" tangent :D People usually like to know the right way to do it! It's OK to caution, but not half of the video.
The other day I was watching your video about placing the object on the correct height, man, I forgot what you're talking about about half way in :D Sorry, not trying to be a prick, hoping you'll take it as a well meant constructive criticism. Maybe try scripting a bit before recording, to give the lessons a bit more structure and straightforwardness.
