Random fact about this game:in the first round tails killed exeller and knuckles also did but then exeller summoned his clone and tails kicked it clone got his head off but when tails tried on real he didnt even flinch plus exeller can feel tails presence so he was just toying with tails in hide and seek act 2

The reason why Alice died in that scene was because she killed Exeller. Alice and Exeller share the same soul, if Exeller dies Alice dies, or vice versa.
