Really enjoyed this video as an user of both Logseq and Obsidian. Very cool to hear about your use-case for Logseq!

If Logseq continues to stabilize (let's say optimal stability) and you were to start over with your Zettelkasten. What would be your pro's and con's for both Logseq and Obsidian? Which one would be your pick and why? I very much appreciate your content Bryan, thanks a lot!

It's a great way to manage tasks around certain projects.

thanks for breaking down your workflow and thoughts on this app!

Personally I would leverage todoist for the todos themselves. and logseq for essentially my working memory for the day, code snippets and thoughts on what to do next, how to design somthing etc.

I've been managing personal knowledge bases on traditional hierarchical notes/documents with alphabetised headers H1-H6. Seems there may be a better way with this binary linking outliner program called Logseq. Not clear yet how I would setup a knowledge base in the Logseq world?

Hi Bryan, just a quick question. The "Content" view in the side bar is no longer available? I can't see on my graph...

Thanks for the nice video.
One question, could you share how to import code block like you show in the video?
It supposed to super easy like other notes taking.... /python or /code but I could not find at all from Logseq

Thanks for sharing. The content of video is very inspiring to me. I'm going to optimize my workflow for recording technical notes.

I had to disable auto updates because the push frequency/spam was just too high.

It means I need to remember to commit manually (and in the current version the indicator doesn't update properly, grrr) but I prefer it the manual way.
The syncs/pulls when you have logseq open on multiple machines works pretty well now

In your video the bullet points of the code block are perfect aligned, but in my case the app inserts a blank line. Do you know why? Or how can I change it? May be with some css code??

Nice. Hey I've seen your properties are collapsed, how do you do that?

What feature (or separate software) do you you use to add link at 5:08 (popup menu)? Can someone help?

I believe you can exclude private commits from your GH profile. IMO there is no point to show your number of private commits if nobody can see them.
And for this - also looking for something like this. Tried to use Oby daily notes, but I don't like that I don't see my previous day's. Kinda loosing context. When it's like a feed, it feels more natural.

Bryan have you ever tried Dynalist? For tech notes it's very powerful. It costs (7$ months) but it's very powerful. I've been using it from 2 years now

Why didn't you use obsidian for the tech notes as well?

Where can I find this theme? Or is it your custom css changes?

🐄 It deserves a video to update Logseq features and use cases. I am using it now for my daily flow and it has interesting features. Slower when notes increases and problematic to sync between machines. Overall it deserves a try. Please update this. Thanks for this finding and please share your custom CSS Logseq. Looks great!.
