That man needs help. The rest of the school board should be insisting that he see a therapist and removing him from his position pending a review. How is that so hard to understand? It's easy to see that he is grieving, but the children should not be exposed to what he's going through.
Our society has allowed the idea of inclusivity to become so generally applied that we can't even keep the mentally ill from interacting with our children.
