I went to this restaurant 3 weeks ago and I had an amazing time.Never had better turkish food in united states. For the first time turkish food in the states actually tasted like what we have in turkey. Staff and the restaurant were also amazing. 10 out of 10.

THIS is what a michelin star should be ! Yes i understand the fancy plating, the 10 services, fresh and overworked ingredient. But just quality ingredients, a fire and some knowledge is (for me) the true meaning of food !

Guga - went to Doya after watching this video when I was in the Miami area recently on a business trip. There were 5 of us total for lunch. Wow! So many things to say. First the restaurant has a nice design, especially the large outside area where we sat. Service was excellent and it's tapas so we just ordered a ton of dishes, both hot and cold. Some of the items you showcased in the video were on the list. Everything was absolutely delicious!

About midway through I asked our server if the owner was in the restaurant. She pointed to him and I went over and introduced myself saying that I watched him in this video. He was on a call, but said he would come to our table. About 15 minutes later Chef Ehran showed up. One of the folks in our party was going to Turkey the next week so we chatted about that and about his background a bit. It was great.

As we were finishing up, our server told us to stick around as chef was sending something over for us to enjoy. I won't say what he sent us but they were amazing. Incredibly generous of him. I can't rave about this restaurant and chef Ehran's hospitality enough. Thanks for the great video Guga and people have to try Doya when they are in Miami next. One of the best!!

This is probably a top 3 video for me. Absolutely love this chef. Thirteen year straight Michelin star restaurant and just a blast to watch.

we have a lot of good meat in Turkey but, to me, Cag Kebab is the king of all. So happy to see that you got to taste all of these, hope you enjoyed 'em!

Turkish BBQ is my new favorite BBQ of all time. Had it for the first time after I moved to the UK, and now I rave about it to everyone back home. Never thought anything would ever top American BBQ.

First of, I really like that you feature more Turkish content as of late. Thank you. But regardless of that, you two bounce off each other so well. It makes for a greatly entertaining video.
