It seems, I did everything correct, but when I press the foot pedal, the engine runs, but neither the needle nor the part for the sewing spool on top moves. I tried to switch it in both directions. I can turn the wheel manually without any problems. Is there anything left, I could try, or did I just buy a broken sewing machine? 😢

I wish mine worked like that. My bobbin thread bird nests and the top thread breaks. I’m 2 seconds away from throwing this in the trash or busting it with a hammer! I absolutely HATE this machine! And mine doesn’t have auto thread either!
