Fun game (for us Yankees fans). Great start to the game by Didi, who loves playing in Cleveland against Cleveland. The Indians clawed back and that Greg Bird solo HR was huge because of the 2 run infield single in the bottom half of the inning. Not a great throw by Bird to home, but I thought Austin Romine should have made the catch and tag considering Ramirez missed home plate altogether (he went back and touched it). Kind of got annoyed that FOX kept panning in on Andujar after that. Didn't think he did much wrong-obviously the throw wasn't great but the runner would have been safe at first anyway. Don't really get FOX's obsession with Francisco Lindor either. It seemed like he was mic'd up every inning. Anyways, the Romine double and two base error was hilarious. Little League baseball at its finest. Good for him for being aggressive and gambling by running to third and I'm not sure I've ever seen a ball bounce backward like it did after Mike Clevinger missed the catch while backing up Jose Ramirez. Yanks bullpen dominated as usual and Dellin Betances at his best is just unfair to opposing hitters. And ever since Game 7 of the 2016 World Series, it appears that Aroldis Chapman always faces off vs Rajai Davis in a big moment like he did tonight...and Chapman always wins that battle now. Great, weird win-style points don't count (thankfully...we've won some ugly ones). Gotta finish the first half on a high note now!

The way Lindor tried to run out of the base path to block the throw down to first after the dropped third strike says everything about his character.
