MageGee 60% Mechanical Keyboard w/Blue Clicky Switches Unboxing

This is what MageGee calls the Grey/Blue Switch 60% Mechanical Keyboard m, though in actuality it’s a 65% keyboard. It’s a budget mechanical keyboard coming in at $30 on Amazon with detachable USB C cable, double kickstand feet suitable for any height preference, LED blue backlit with about 15 light modes, and red key caps to replace the arrow keys, Enter, Space, Shift, etc.

I got mine for 28 dollars, duct taped some Pennys together, double sided taped them down on the bottom of the case, used a sheet of tool box mat for insolation and triple taped the pcb. Lubed the stabilizers and it feels better than my razer black widow v3. I replaced the razer keyboard with this. It works great. Perfect for me. I’m not a snob. Everyone makes fun of my 30 dollar keyboard when I have an rtx 4080 and a very expensive tv and monitor set up.

i recommend using 2 layers of painters tape to attach to the space bar. I did that with mine and it sounds amazing!!

I got my yesterday and it was amazing very clicks and loud when I click slightly hard and I love the sound and it was 75% mechanical and it’s in my own room and no one is usually near by so it’s just very loud when I click hard

are you okay with it having only a blue light and no full rgb? i am confused between Mk box and Huo ji cq84. which one you would suggest?

I only had 1 keyboard and something happened with the port in it, which made it so when it was plugged in I couldn’t use my pc. So I ordered one of these keyboards in a cute purple color I’m excited for it ☺️

I got the 100% brown switch one. I felt the keycaps area was small (This is my first mechanical keyboard coming from laptop keyboard)
