This is really funny, but the reality is Bernie and Elton have never written together—even now. Bernie would always send Elton the lyrics via mail, and then email, and Elton would hear the song in his head and compose it by simply reading the lyrics. A method that has worked beautifully since the ’70s.

Who cares?! These two extremely talented men have given us over 50+ years of immense TALENT that we can blare from the speakers whenever we want and have made many more newer albums. Just enjoy the music and love them. I’m so happy Bernie has had the recognition he deserves! Check out his solo career as an artist..paintings, artwork, etc. He’s very interesting. He’s also had quite a great life owning horses and riding..had a ranch in CA. Read his book..Scattershot! ❤

All these jokes fall flat in Europe because we do not see the British as effeminate or gay. We usually make fun of them having no emotions, or being arrogant, but not effeminate. So I have to wonder: Why would the Americans be the only people who see the British that way? Hmmmm ...
