What irritated me, was when Blofeld had Bond strapped into the chair and was telling him how all the drilling would mess with his coordination, balance and such, but after getting a drill to the skull a few times, then getting up, he's perfectly fine.

How could you not remove sins for that opening scene? It was like 4 minutes of a single shot with no screw ups, hundreds of extras all getting their parts right and all the timing being perfect. That right there is an amazing feat of cinematography, worthy of several sins being removed.

I think they purposely allowed Bond into the secret meeting because they saw his face but when he flashed the ring the guy looked like he knew he was coming and was told ahead of time to let him in without a fuss so that way the dude sitting at the table could call him out, already knowing he was there. But I may be overthinking it
