This hack saved my life. I was being chased by a bunch of cartel hoods when I saw an open sewer. I got in but realized I couldn't see and they were on to me. Luckily as I always have my led, pen, button cell, and duct tape I made a light and was able to find my way through while they were left behind and lightless. Thank you kipkay.

The simple ideas are always the greatest. I made a shortened version to affix to the fishing pole tip to indicate bites while night fishing. Next step is to affix it to a bobber of make something to allow it to slide down the line to light the bait while protecting the battery.

If you havent noticed, a lot of kipkays stuff (not all of it, but most of it) is just cool stuff, doesnt have a lot of stuff with uses, just cool looking fun stuff you can make easily.

I love Kipkays mini hacks so normal ppl can make stuff, but other like me also enjoy when he makes things that are, a little more....well difficult to say the least

What I've found works well is taking old 4" to 6" chemo-luminescent glowsticks and carefully cutting off the base. Then you could put Enova's or Drops sold on liquidemotions for pretty cheap in the end and electrical tape them in. This way, you have a power button and can conserve the batter, and its still feasible for glowsticking and glowstringing if youre into that stuff.

How would that work? Batteries in the case? I haven't really seen a battery that can match USB voltage.
