In today’s episode, I'm chatting about comparison—an issue that creeps in, drains our energy, and often keeps you from seeing your own magic.

Inspired by a question that came to mind while I was working on my book this morning, I'm addressing why you feel the need to compare yourself to others, how it relates to your imposter syndrome, and what you can do about it. As Theodore Roosevelt said, "comparison is the thief of joy", and it’s time we take that joy back!

Throughout the episode, I share my own experience with overcoming comparison and how I’ve learned to manage my own self-doubt, an essential part of building self-belief. I walk you through four ways to reduce comparison and share the importance of finding inspiration in others rather than letting their achievements trigger feelings of inadequacy.

I get personal about my own journey from feeling that need for external validation to genuinely appreciating my own value. Remember, there's nobody out there who can do what you do in the way that only you can.

Whether you're new to these concepts or a longtime listener, today’s episode is a reminder that the more you stay in your own lane and focus on your own growth, the more you can achieve.

Please like share and follow to show me you're loving it.
