Feeling like Nicola Tesla I darted out into a crazy electric storm looking for electric fish. Lightning above, lightning below, and a electric fish in my hands. ZAP, ZAp, zap!!! That what the star gazer do! Good outing in a summer storm full of lightning bolts and thunder. Fluke here there, and robins gulping everywhere. Always a super treat to hook into the always electric stargazer. They will zap ya. Don't have to listen to me, but they will zap ya.

Gee Jerry, I thought an oyster toadfish was ugly! it ain't got nothin on that stargazer!, looks downright evil, wouldn't want to step on one ! BTW, you're getting your moneys worth out of that old Daiwa!

🌩 fish are wild, right?! Every stargazer I caught, I'd thought I was snagged. I'd pull steady tension thinking I'd eventually break the line, and then feel them wiggle. They must have been buried when they hit. Good catches Jerry...stay safe! Don't let the lightning/stargazer combo turn you into a human fuse!
