This guidance is invaluable! I wish such knowledge (of the Vedanta culture and lifestyle) were more easily accessible and integrated into our daily lives.

One seeks Atma Nivedanam: nirahankara and anabhimana, to drop the “I” from the “I am”.

The "am" is sat which also implies and is inseparable from the chit.

Thank you so much Dear Swaminiji. This video has been so helpful. I hope that it is ok to ask, which versions of the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads and BS by Sri Adi Shankara should I look into? I have seen some translations by Swami Gambhirananda, are those recommended by you?
I hope and pray to hear back from you on this matter.

Thanks again

Sincerely,
Fil
