I am kenyan and we do have some foods 🧐, but the west of africa has variety, good diverse variety. Trying them in their authentic environment is definately on my bucket list.

I was literally searching for something to watch and the video came. Nice! Ghana's food has so many spices, looks colorful and flavorful. Pretty sure we Brazilians would love it! And we're also passionate about rice and beans. The Jollof rice made my mouth water (and Chi Chi is so nice!) and the porky bites look amazing. Lovin' this series so far

Chef Mamme is not only beautiful, but incredibly talented. Her knowledge of Ghanian food and its history, along with her education in fine dining will definitely earn her a coveted Michelin star. Great episode Sonny.

What a beautiful restaurant. I’m really impressed with how clean the kitchen was (I live in Canada and most should aspire to be that clean and organized). I think many people only see the worst bits of Africa, and Sonny does an amazing job at showing the best of it too 👍
