Smoked Salmon has an amazing flavor and is a family favorite at our house.

Here I show you how we prepare ours from our subsistence harvest of sockeyes.

And please bear with me with my voice over, trying to get used to doing these, but it’s always a bit uncomfortable. 😂🫶

My dry brine recipe is:
• 1 cup salt
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp dried dill

This will make enough to cover about 6-8 fillets or two full serving trays worth of salmon.
