Why not put the focus on trying to restore faith in voting? Less than half of Americans vote because they feel it won't count if they do...or they feel neither candidate represents them as a citizen. Banning 3rd party citizen groups from auditing election results only spawns further suspicion about power-hungry politicians from blocking the truth.
