That thing is a cycle Charge monster Skaven May not have Cavalry but that body builder and Brood horror have insane Charge bonus.

This unit is more of a character killer. For sure not to fight infantey without support

Strange that the Rat is named Anti-Infantry, but has no bonus against Infantry.

And people will be like "what?! But he had 'anti infantry'!!!" and then forget that its a cheapo chaff clear unit from a cheapo faction only really good for marauder clear vs some of the scariest, bad ass infantry in the entire game. This units only real goal is to cause a little bit of chaos, and toss the models around so they're harder to use in a formation or command

These guys always disappoint me when I try to use them, unlike the brood horrors... which makes me sad, because these roid-rats look so much cooler, and have far better animations :(
