7g net carbs is pushin' it!!! It doesnt leave much leeway for the rest of the days Net Carb restrictions :( i always stay under 25g Net a day, but Veggies make up a LOT of those. Maybe these are good as a sort of semi-cheat snack 😝

I saw these at Walmart. Didn’t buy them after seeing tapioca syrup. Pretty sure it’s an IMO (Isomalto-oligosaccharide) and that will spike your glucose. It’s low carb but I would check glucose if your gonna eat this on keto

I don’t get why they put chocolate in the “PB cookie” flavor. I’ve never had a regular PB cookie with chocolate, lol.

those bars are unappealing. the texture and taste is not worth the 210 calories whatsoever. skip this company. they are ALL NASTY

I just bought the Lemon Cake, the flavor is very, very bad. 1.3/10
