So much for a Constitutionally limited government. Constitution specifically states that any authority not granted by the Constitution is authority reserved to the people and states, respectively. Nothing grants the fed gov this authority. Its authority the fed gov has unconstitutionally usurped for itself.

Again the main point here is how the government and its agents will interpret the concept of hoarding. My concern would it be a person or a group of loudmouth people that start to Define how much of something is too much. Simple example is that I might buy a year Supply of rice and beans and kitchen Staples but a short sighted person will say that I can't use all that but the fact is I can because it is a year's supply so in a year's time all my stuff will be used up. But I think the masses or the Sheep will somehow confuse their reasoning and think that we should only have food that lasts a couple of weeks or another example would be that you're in the store and everybody is buying propane or toilet paper or Bic lighters and you happen to buy twice as much as what everyone else is buying and somebody points at you and says you're hoarding
