I've incorporated 5/5/5 pause front squats into my leg day and honestly its helped me so much. I play rugby so I have to have great acceleration and it's upped my game vastly

you will stimulate them again once your atp has recovered in your muscle cells which takes 5-10mins to fully recover, thats why you take a few mins rest then do another set

Holy shit this make sense to mike mentzers practice on high intensity =low sets n reps because like this guy said all muscle fibers fast n slow activate when training heavy instensity TOO FAILURE because its forcing you to use 100% OF ALL UR MUSCLE FIBERS mike mentzer used the high intensity method for bigger faster gaining muscle and it all makes sense as to why it increases fast twitch muscles as well 💡

Where is the literature that says you cannot train them again? Where does it say it has to be heavy and Explosive? Controlled and heavy wouldn't work ?

Since when is moving weights fast more dangerous than training to failure? Literally all you have to do is press, squat, deadlift, curl, etc. the bar as fast as possible, which any athlete (as opposed to bodybuilders) should be doing anyway. I guarantee that training to failure is way more traumatic for your tissues than moving a weight at maximum speed.
