When I saw them 3 years ago in Jersey they actually played an early version of this song. A few of the chords were different and the bridge was longer but it was still definitely this song. The Butch Walker production job really did this song wonders. Great cover!

Seeing you absolutely nail this banger reminds me just how much I respect their songwriting. It seems like simple pop-punk but they've said at a live show that they never use the 1-5-6-4 chord progression seeing as it's the drug of choice for pop bands who are desperately trying to get a hit. They're not like Train, for instance, they make songs they can take pride in.
