SO ! In summary:

get yourself down to the gp if..

1. you have a lump in the side of your neck, armpit or groin and it doesn’t go down within 2 weeks
2. your lump is in your testicals or breasts
3. if the lump is hard and does not move
4. if the lump gets bigger
5. if the lump is painful, red or hot
6. if you have a lump removed and it just grows back

not all of these lumps will be cancer but knowing what to look for will mean you book an appointment asap to get a prompt and accurate assessment from a doctor 🩺

if the lump is painful, red or hot, it could be an abscess right??? :’)

One of the major challenges I’m facing is the lack of opportunities for extracurricular activities at my school. It feels like it’s too late to get involved in anything school-based that could lead to significant achievements or awards for my college application.

I’m considering taking the initiative to find opportunities on my own, like contributing to my community or developing new skills independently. But I’m not sure how to identify or pursue these opportunities effectively. Any advice on how I can tackle this would be greatly appreciated.
