As much as I love Pets at Home, this workshop is a bit unnecessary, here is my reasoning:
I was in my local shop (20 minute drive from my house) and was in desperate need of help because my fish was in a dire situation. Its eye had been tore open and we treated it at home but it never helped. So we got there with the fish in a spare 6 gallon bowl and this man was showing around these midgets and I needed help, it took 19 minutes and we got help from another person. Still each to their own and I still think that despite this it is still the best pet store, in England and possibly on Earth!

People are saying not to buy pets from here but I got many fish from here and they lasted for ages so now I'm gonna get a hamster

I paid extra for same day delivery which is today and i didn't receive my order and no one from your company is helping.
I have already tried online chat option. They are closed now and when they were open the agent disconnected the chat on me without resolution. That's the shit service you all provide. You only bounce customers' issues from one window to other. I will take this to consumer forum and ombudsman.
