In our house roles have reversed. I used to find everything and he couldn’t find his nose. Now we are in our 80s and he is the one that finds MOST everything. However our daughter says we both are lousy as treasure hunters. Thank goodness she lives with us and can “treasure” hunt for us!!!

Yes! This is what it was like with our kids as they grew up. I would make sure they searched well before I caved, walked into their room and instantly found whatever it was. Now, if only I could do that for myself.
