Thanks for the excellent video! I just bought one today! Killer playing and very informative! Only positive suggestion/correction I may have is don’t shy away from the camera! I used to have the habit of doing this and then looking back it seems like my nerves got the best of me… direct eye contact always is better… cheers! And wish you the best of success!

Just installed one on my Kramer Baretta Special. I love evrything about it except the arm collet. I like my arm to be a little on the loose side and there is no way to keep it lo9se and not have it drop off. Floyd Rose recommended to add a small channel for the lower set screw. They should just do this now.

This trem is so great that after I installed it on one of my Strats (as a replacement for the old trem), I just had to get a second one for my other one, which already had a pretty new Wilkinson trem

Getting some sick tones out of that Bias rig. One of my favorite software amps

AMAZING DUDE!!! You are an amazing player and i loce your guitar, by the way, is there any special mods in your squier or is just a standard bullet with a hot rail pickup in the bridge? Greetings from México

I've got one coming for my Mexi-caster. It's a lefty and to my knowledge no one have ever installed a rail tail on a left handed Strat. Or none that I saw. But I'm excited to get that thing on. Sounds nice!

I’m getting ready to install one on my Strat. I’m gonna order locking tuners as well. Did your guitar have locking tuners or regular ones?

Dive only? So, could it be routed to set up for a slight pull back? Or its design is dive only? 🤔

Does the rail tail change the tone of a strat that much? If I deck the fender trem would it be similar? I’ve heard rail tail is worth it cuz it makes strats sound more stratie

I thought about putting in Japanese strat but I love my strat trem. Maybe i should just put in hipshot grip lock tuners. Nice video very good info.

will they fit a Jackson JS? My current guitar has a floating Floyd Rose so will it just swap out? Can I still use a locking nut?

You seem to be satisfied with your Rail Tail and it seems to work well for you. I purchased two of them, a chrome and a black for two different guitars. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with their operation. I like that they are low profile and fit against the body of the guitar. I like the looks and the solid tonality they produce. What I don't like is that they are very ridged and stiff when depressing the tremolo arm. It is so stiff that it is uncomfortable to play. I have to push down with a lot of pressure to engage them. I have used traditional Floyd Rose and Kahler Tremolos for years with no issues. With the Rail Tails I only installed 3 springs and adjusted the spring tension so that the Rail Tail bridge is parallel to the body of the guitar with string tension to keep it so as to not raise up from the body. I am only using string gauges of 10 - 46 in a regular Ernie Ball Slinky set. However on both of my guitars the tension is way too stiff. I wrote to Floyd Rose and they said the Rail Tails are a little stiff and asked me what strings I had on it. I wrote back and told them  as well as to express my dissatisfaction, and asked for a solution. They never replied back. Can you help me with any tips on how to loosen the tension without ruining my intonation, etc.? I also told FR that the new tremolo bar locking system was also very inconvenient. Instead of a standard screw on you have to use an Allen Wrench every time you need to put the guitar in or out of your case. Also disappointing.I would appreciate your comments.
