First of all, I would like to particularly highlight the exceptional quality of these types of very well-made videos. They almost look like real Microsoft OS.
Subsequently, I have several questions that come to mind:
-What software do you use for the design and do you make the icons yourself?
-What software is used for the animations between the "pages"?
-How long does a video of this type take to be created?

Looks like the ui design with touch screen in mind, otherwise it shouldn't to make you move the cursor around to other side of the screen just to press that shut down button over there.

when control panel going to changed and Microsoft planned about this so that means windows traditional control panel will lose forever in windows 11 and that really hard find control panel settings in settings app because things will look different and hard to handle :(
