Already bought 1, was well worth the money + the apps that you can choose from is already compliant with Arm64, remaking my Wireguard server from AMD to ARM was easy.

it doesn't make sense, someone changes my account email to a temporary email and then my account is deactivated and I want to solve the problem and there is NO RETURN from Hetnzer for 3 days, and today when they replied to me they simply sent me "We cannot find an account with your email address." and I sent several emails, detailing EVERYTHING that happened, asking for a live chat, asking for an efficient communication and support channel (because he only answers me by email and after 3 days), you can't be so amateur

Dear Hetzner,

I'm writing to express my indignation with the lack of security on the server I hired with you. Recently, I discovered that an unauthorized person managed to access my server from another IP and change my email to a temporary one, without any preventive measure or warning on your part. This is nonsense and a serious violation of my privacy and data.

As a result of this hack, my website was down and I lost control of my domain. This caused me financial and reputational damage, as well as a lot of stress and worry. I am very shocked, scared and disappointed with Hetzner, which claims to be a serious and reliable company, but which does not offer the minimum security to its customers.

I demand that you take immediate action to restore my server and website, and that you let me know what happened and who was responsible for this intrusion. I also want to know what measures you are going to take to prevent this from happening again in the future, and what compensation you are going to offer me for the inconvenience caused.

I expect a quick and satisfactory response from you, otherwise I will pursue my rights in court and report Hetzner for negligence and bad faith.
