Something I just thought of! Remember how KAY/O says he's surprised Sage is a healer in our timeline and not the ungodly weapon she was in the Radiant Wars universe? We see Omega Earth's Sage go OFF in this cinematic really really wanting to be seen as a fierce warrior and not just a healer, given the quote in her locker. Perhaps this is the beginning stages of the "weapon" KAY/O refers to Sage in The Radiant Wars? Thoughts?

This could just be speculation, but I think Omen sensed when sage got hurt, and that disturbance in his focus caused him to cut off a huge chunk of his bonsai tree. They’re incredibly delicate and take a lot of focus and patience to tend, and a cut that large could have damaged the tree irreparably. The pain she felt could have thrown off his focus entirely.

One thing I wanted to point out is. When sage healed herself, omen realized she was in trouble because we know that omen can sense the unbalance of the forces when sage heals or brings someone back to life.

One thing you missed: if the Legion lockers are 07, skipping 08 and the locker next to Sage's is 09, that means Sage opened locker number 10 in the Legion HQ, which means the agent recruit orders are different between Legion and Protocol. If the recruitment order is the same, Sage would've opened locker 07 instead.

4:34 I think it's supposed to be a note from KJ because of the X at the bottom right, since it's the same as on her jacket. Also "Roboter" is robot in german, so it would be Robotercode. Which makes sense since KJ created Maxbot

I counted sages bullets, first scene she shoots 28 bullets, when we cut back to omen I think she shoots 2 more. After we cut to sage we see her reload, really cool continuation from animators!

It's just sad how badass Skye killing those who is chasing them.but sadly we didn't see her in cinematic at least once :((

6:25 I think Fade's mission was to locate the new map which is shown on the screen, even if Omega agents found the City of Flowers, they had to unlock which only Harbor can unlock it, I think the reason Omega agents were there first was due to Harbor and Astra lost conscious in the sea for some time

I love the addition of Omen in this because, while it’s not the main focus, we can see his personality come to life. In this, he see his humanity that we all know him to have that he constantly refuses to believe he still has. Omen is a tortured soul and Sage (both Alpha and Omega) deeply care about him. For instance, a Sage would say about an enemy Omen “Their Omen. I wonder if he’s anything like our’s. Poor soul.”

Omen enjoys knitting and now taking care of bonsai trees, both activities known to be therapeutic, and even says that knitting helps him focus. so i really like that detail in his personality

Another important detail was when you said “sage wants to be on the front lines” they put her towards the front for first engagement as she wants to be more then a healer and placed in the back for “protection” in 12:26

seeing how strong fade is is just a confirmation of what we already knew, given how she singlehandedly revealed secrets of the agents and how she won a 1v5 as we saw in her trailer, the protocol is extrimely lucky he is by their side

I hadn’t noticed they were the omega agents and I was so happy just watching them living their lives and showing off. The moment realizing which side they were on, I’m struggling to see them as the enemy. Anyone else feel the same or am I just weird lol

i feel like the relationship between sage and omen is just amazing. i remember viper hating sage for not being able to revive omen completely after he died, this whole scene between them shows that omen holds no grudge against her whatsoever

My biggest complaint about the cinematic is we don’t see Astra’s powers, she is the only one who’s abilities might not work exactly like they do in the game

I think this cinematic also disproves the theory that the imposter Raze was the one that was dating Killjoy. We saw them both dating together and going together when they were called for the mission. Unless Raze is SUPER SLEEPER agent I think this shows that the couple are on the same side.

Hey Jeppy, at first nice Video, love the content you putting out for the lore community in Valorant, keep on doing that ;D

1. Its amazing how Riot managed to combine the visuals with the audios. At 2:17 (in the original cinematic) the vocals are directly connected to Omen and Sage, at least you could interpret it that way.
EaJ is singing "And know there is nothing"..."To keep me back from you", and then Omen is epically walking in, to clutch the moment xD For real, if you wanna translate it and connect the Lyrics to the Scene in this specific time stamp. "There is nothing holding Omen back, to keep him back from Sage" (at least, when its really important). So as we already know, that there are probably several connetions between Sage and Omen, but I think there is even more. And I cannot wait to explore the Valorant lore even further, specifically Omens.

2. You mentioned in your video its interesting that Omen is interested in plants etc., but to see that Omen is specifically taking care of a Bonsai-Tree is just brilliant. It just make sense.
The Bonsai-Tree is historically/originally coming from china and the Bonsai-Tree is representing the "harmony between different natural-Elements".
- The "living Nature" is represented by the Tree (Sage?)
- Stones and gravel are representing the power or force of nature (Sage again?)
- And the bowl is representing humans in form of their own work -the bowl itself- (Omen?)

Maybe its important to notice, thats Omen was not directly misscutting the Bonsai Tree, in this Art you need to cut off any outstanding parts, but its interesting to see how at first carefully and slowly he was doing it, and as Sage was getting more and more in trouble he "slipped" a little bit with the scissors. Just a sidenote.

3. Maybe Riot just want to show us an epic breach into the Battlefield fromk Omen or it could be directly connected to his immortal life. I think its possible that Omen is really somehow immmortal or at least he cannot die, cause hes is comming back again and again. As Sage was in trouble Omen was throwing his Paranoia and combined it with a smoke, afterwards he teleports (I think that was not his Ult) into the Smoke and checked/took a look at Sage, while he was just standing there.

I know both were covered in the Smoke, but even then, Sage was behind cover, cause she couldnt take more shots (the bots probably still know where she was, cause they saw her before she was covered) and even if you wanna argue that the bots couldnt know and see Omen, cause he teleported like a ninja...he was still standing there without caring getting blindfired. I mean his smoke is not wall. This shows that Omen really can take things differently I think, doesnt he?

4. Its not Robot-ER-Code, this is just german for "Robotcode" xD
Dont forget Raze AND Killjoy worked together on Maxbot, so my lazy german comerade KJ just didnt want to write down a fully understandable (english) sticky note, cause somehow Riot always is giving her hints to remember us, that she is german hehe xD.

I dont know for what this code is really for, but maybe they implemented a code to shutdown the Maxbot, just in case their Sova is missing his Flickshot xD.

5. Sage is using the Recon Weapons (Phantom and Butterfly), most of you prabably notices it.

6. Its curious that every Legion agent was hooked up for the mission on Lotus, except for Omen. Why tho?
In our Alpha Protocoll, all agents are hidden from public ok. But Omegas Omen has his own comics (Playercard), so its not cause Omen needs to be hidden, because he is looking way different, it needs to be something else, why he is and was not included in every mission on both worlds so far!? And please dont tell me, its because both Omens are just taking care of their plants every time xD
I mean whis his abilitys, hes one of the best agents to infiltrate and exit missions...teleporting in-no problem, covering in his shadows-no problem, blinding enemys if he needs to-no problem and exit with his UIt without getting caught-no problem. And yea I know dramawise, Omen would be to easy to tell a story with, when we are talking about "missions", but come on how often do we need to hear Phoenix calling out "I got this" xD
Whatever, I think Omen is taking a way bigger Role in Valorants lore, but we need to wait until we get to the point, where Omen is not just plantsitting in the HQ (and being Gigachad in the Shotrange/Trainarea).
