The Epomaker EK21 numpad has nearly all these features (dial, hot swappable switches, gaskets plus foam, Bluetooth and wireless connectivity, VIA customizable) but without the M1-5 extra buttons and is only $40 on Amazon. Also has a few different color and switch options.

I've been contemplating getting this for a while now. I have the Keychron Q1 Pro and I just feel like this will go perfectly with the keyboard and other items on my desk. I know some people will say its better to just get a full size keyboard but having the numpad in the way when its not needed eliminates some mouse space and depending on how you sit it can cause you to skew your keyboard to one side. While I loved using the numpad on my full size keyboard it was a bit annoying at times. This would be perfect because it can be placed exactly where its needed while not interfering with the other items on the desk. Its definitely not for everyone but I can see a ton of benefits.

You can get a ZUOYA GMK26 for a 3rd of the price...

i used the q1keyboard, i found the online website via for macro is not user friendly enough, though i can’t deny the sound of the keyboard, and the text macro is extremely slow, so you will be mentally struggling considering you paid such a high price for a number pad for macro, but the macro is a hassle and don’t react quick, luckily i can return it.

For example, what if I take a regular macropad and set the separate layer with numerals. Would it work as numpad? And then switch to another layer for shortcuts

Another great video! Well written and beautifully shot. As for this numpad, If I were an accountant/excel warrior, it would be an instant buy. But for macro, I love the Stream Deck considering the price and macro functionality.

Next Buying the set of control buttons (arrows, home, end, etc) that where left off the keyboard (5:50). And maybe next a separate device to bring back the function keys for the people that didn't get them. :p

Protip: disable the num lock light by remapping the number keys to regular number keys without num lock pressed.

How does it stack up against the glorious numpad ? I’ve always liked the one from glorious, but never found a way to make it work with the macs in my setup :(.

Is it niche? Yes. I love it. I bought it to go with my Q1 QMK and my QK75N. The black color will go with any future 75 keeb builds as well.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the Huion Keydial Mini, I use it both with mac and windows for multilayer macro use but would love for you to spend a few weeks with it as a personal driver and hear your thoughts! Maybe a great comparison as well in terms of portability compared to your other macro boards

I want the Q0 Max with some relegendable keycaps. I like that I could just easily shove it to the side when not needed.

do you prefer this one over the megalodon?

Being someone that prefers a Razer keypad for gaming because of symmetrical keys... Just looking at this ... I think it could be a gaming keypad too... Symmetrical keys... the Enter key would be good for the thumb run button. Definitely another use case and it's cheaper than the Razer keypad.

for just a numpad, that price is really crazy xD could buy a whole new keyboard with that.
I found a numpad from some Chinese brand that does the job, really nice to type on, has 3 modes (2.4G, bluetooth and wired), has a knob, hot-swappable, can be customized with app as well and it only costs $31...
