Wow! we were aware this sort of thing is happening but to know someone who it has happened to is another story. Our town flooded two years ago in a freak flash flood via the river. My husband was the fire chief then and was interviewed in the news about the evacuation efforts and damage done. When FEMA came to town, we'd already decided we were not getting involved with them. A week or so later a woman showed up saying she was here to inspect our damage for our claim, we of course promptly asked for ID and told her we had not made a claim and nor were we going to. She gave us a phone # to call and we were told that my husband's identity had been stolen. We immediately went into action and shut down and locked our credit reporting agencies. We still get people trying to access our credit and applying for credit cards and loans. FEMA told us that 40% of our town residents had the same thing happen to them, and then they told us it happens all the time and laughed about it. Hope you get this straightened out.

If you look closely it becomes apparent the voice and facial movements are not quite in sync. But you have to watch closely. These scammers must think highly of you to have chosen you as their "representative" (LOL). The ends to which some people will stoop for the almighty dollar is a never-ending bewilderment to me. Thanks for sharing.

i saw different ads in facebook showing videos of different page owners with the comfrey audio exactiy like the one you are involved . what more we going to see ? its scary. justice system should be vary of using evidences based on recordings .

It's not even a good word/mouth match! Have your filed a police report of any kind? If folks see this, and follow 'your' advice, you could possibly be held liable. Did you dispute this on the FB post? What about the company who stole your image and lied about your words? Have you contacted them with potential consequences? Just a thought. Thanks for sharing this. I am so sorry this has happened to you. There are most likely many others being used as well. It's true, you cannot believe what you you see and hear. Question everything.
