I am working on my Father-in-Law's 1999 F250 Truck with V10. He is experiencing low power, doesn't get out of its own way periodically. I am hearing misfires once enters closed loop. Fuel trims are well within 10 total LT/ST at idle, 3, 000 rpm. Tested exhaust gases in coolant tester, no color change. Found code for secondary fuel circuit low. Tapped multimeter into control circuit between PCM and Fuel shuttoff switch. Found 6V...after touching wiring harnesses near PCM now getting code for high voltage on same circuit and seeing 14 to 14.3 Volts on multimeter... am I looking at a bad PCM? No separate fuel pump control module on this rig. Looks like the one PCM at driver floorboard to left of feet controls it all. Really appreciate your thoughts!
