VSCode Sync Settings and Extensions Tutorial - Synchronize Devices!

VScode has this functionality built in. Just go to File -> Preferences -> Settings and hit "Sync Settings" in the top right corner.

i installed this extention. after i pressed shift + alt + D for download settings and extentions. but do not is. writed in nav bar - downloaded setting. i need to sync extentions.

Can anyone help me ? When i download all the settings by press Shift + Alt + D, my VS Code notifies me that "You have already had the lastest version of saved settings" but actually my extensions is not re-downloaded yet :((
