AWESOME Delis in Metro Detroit | Metro Detroit DELI TOUR

Metro Detroit is home to many great delis where you can get some freshly-made sandwiches with the finest ingredients. In this deli tour, I head out to three different delis scattered throughout Metro Detroit for some of the best sandwiches in the Detroit area.

1. Maya's Deli - Located in Plymouth, Michigan, Maya's Deli offers many great sandwiches great for both dine-in and carryout. I get a simple but delicious turkey sandwich while grabbing a table inside the small but cozy dining area.

2. Star Deli - Located in Southfield, Michigan, Star Deli is a takeout-only spot where you can get some amazing sandwiches. The sandwiches including their famous corned beef sandwich are packed on with a lot of meat, so you will not go hungry!

3. Nautical Deli - Located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan along the Nautical Mile, the Nautical Deli cooks up some tasty sandwiches for not only dine-in but also for takeout. I grab a takeout while enjoying a delicious BBQ Pork sandwich.

Scottman, it's a good idea to keep plastic cutlery in the glove compartment. I never get napkins or cutlery with takeout or delivery for years now. Maybe you have to ask in order to get napkins and cutlery. I always get flooded with condiments and No Napkins.

I find that a lot of the Chinese restaurants without buffets have been takeout only or primarily takeout order long before the pandemic too.
