After the death of his wife, Bill and his 17-year-old son, Wes, move from a small town to a big city for a fresh start. This movie brought up a lot of hidden feelings for me. The past there years I lost a young friend, a good friend, my great grandma and my grandma. I like to be the one with the smile on my face and the jokes to keep everyone else on steady ground, but I never confide in others with my feelings, so Wes's character really got to me.
The acting in this movie is beyond beautiful and touching. Losing someone close to you is hard, and watching those around you struggle with that loss can be even harder. And to captivate that struggle so truly was almost reliving to watch, like it was trying to say 'you're not as alone as you think you are'.

I found this a very sad, but uplifting movie that really hooked me in. The characters felt very real. Anyone who has lost a partner or parent will know how the characters felt here. I‘m so happy that I finally found a movie platform with perfect subtitles and different languages. It is so cool. This boxxy service makes movie watching so much easier for me.

EDIT: so yeah...i ended up watching the movie right after i posted this comment and can i just say, I LOVED IT. It was sad and in some scenes, i dare say that my eyes did well up and i did feel all the frustration the characters felt, building up inside of me. All in all, i left satisfied and i would definitely watch it again
