Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti, broken into pieces
2 and 1/2 cups chicken broth (or milk, water, or chicken bouillon)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen peas
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
16 ounces shredded cheese (divided)
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large pot, cook the spaghetti in chicken broth until al dente according to package directions.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, frozen peas, bell pepper, onion, roasted red peppers, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.

Stir in the cooked chicken and season with salt to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil, ensuring you've sprayed the inside of the foil with cooking spray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly toasted.

Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes before serving.
