I can't even have a real conversation anymore. You need to find out which narrative the other person is following, how invested they are & decide if voicing your opinion is worth damaging the relationship. It's soul crushing. BTW Enjoying this channel, hope you come back at some point

Agree, I share your concerns. I only keep Facebook messenger and YouTube on my phone and try to minimise screen time, although sometimes a I catch myself scrolling Facebook on web browser. I make an effort to lay around getting bored without my phone too just as a digital deload

I'm just now catching up on your last few videos and I must say this is one of my favorites!! I'm a deep thinker and I didn't even realize or know the extent of what they are doing!! This is so true, which is why I deleted all social media except Pinterest and youtube. I keep my time on Pinterest limited and I’m trying my best to limit YouTube
